Creators trust logie5 with workflow context. This page explains the categories of data the product may use and how that data supports the service.
Data we may collect
- Account data such as name, email, login state, plan, subscription status, and creator profile details.
- Contact form submissions, support messages, and onboarding requests.
- Billing records, plan choices, credits, invoices, and payment status. Payment cards are handled by the payment processor rather than stored as raw card data by logie5.
- Creator workflow context such as products, ASINs, campaign signals, storefront health signals, content metadata, AI requests, generated assets, and go.shopping/storefront configuration.
- Extension and store activity data needed to populate creator dashboards, Pulse popups, storefront health views, campaign/product insights, and related analytics. This can include store pages visited or analyzed through the extension, product and campaign activity, storefront signals, page context, and workflow actions used to power logie5 features.
- Technical data such as device, browser, IP, page URL, performance, diagnostics, and security logs.
How we use data
- Operate creator accounts, subscriptions, credits, storage, and plan access.
- Power product scoring, campaign workflows, AI creation tools, storefront health, Pulse popups, dashboard analytics, and support.
- Send transactional messages, support replies, security notices, billing notices, and product updates.
- Improve conversion, onboarding, reliability, abuse prevention, and creator outcomes.
Sharing and processors
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, payment processing, webhook handling, support, AI processing, email, storage, and security. We do not sell creator account data as a standalone product.
If you connect or use third-party platforms, your activity may also be governed by those platforms and their policies.
Retention, security, and choices
We keep data as long as needed for the service, billing records, support, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and operational reliability. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
